Nukissiorfiit employees over 400 staff members across the 17 towns and 54 settlements that Nukissiorfiit supplies. Approximately 70 employees are based at the head office in Nuuk, where the overall management and administration are located. Many employees are stationed at the local energy service units in the towns.
Nukissiorfiit is divided into six districts, which are responsible for supplying the towns and settlements:
